Description
These gardens are situated on part of the site of Wallingford Castle, which was built by William the Conqueror and demolished by Oliver Cromwell in 1652. The remains of St. Nicholas Priory are a feature of the Gardens, which is a haven of beauty and tranquillity and has a well-established wildlife area.
