Description
Children and adults love exercising their legs and imagination in the delightful surroundings of Hawkstone Historic Park & Follies, a rare 18th Century garden. Work to restore the park to its former glory began in April 1991 after a 100-year closure. Designated a grade I landscape by English Heritage, this Masterpiece of the School of Naturalistic Landscape has passageways hewn out of rock, intricate arches, caves, bridges, natural rock clefts and avenues of centuries old Oaks, Monkey Puzzles and Rhododendrons. Hawkstone Park Follies is a captivating world of wonder and astounding beauty, with breathtaking views of up to 13 counties. Please wear sensible shoes and bring a torch for the caves and tunnels. The Hawkstone Park estate also has a charming hotel and 3 golf courses on site.

Located between Hodnet and Wem, just off the A49 or A442, between Whitchurch and Shrewsbury.
