With over 200 acres of sumptuous Rhododendrons and Azaleas set in a tranquil valley, Leonardslee is one of the finest gardens in England. Grade I listed and renowned for the amazing colours in May the gardens are essential for any garden tour in the south east. The woodland paths meander between the lakes, with Magnolias, Camellias, and a host of other remarkable plants providing stunning reflections on the lakeside paths. In the summer the exotic Dogwoods, Hydrangeas and other summer flowering plants carry forward the display until we reach the Autumn tints that bring a peace and serenity to the vistas across this stunning paradise. Also home to the amazing miniature model town and country estate called “Beyond the Dolls House” with 140 feet of display as well as other additional attractions. “Beyond the Dolls House” has been created over the last 10 years and is now considered to be one of the biggest examples of its kind in the world. Lose yourself in this miniature adventure, all based on life 100 years ago. Our own self-service licensed restaurant will refresh you from your walk with delish hot foods over lunch, and coffee, cakes and snacks at other times. We also have a gift shop and plant sales where you can buy a little souvenir of your trip.
